A valuable lesson I have learned in the past months was from Oprah’s life class, and if anyone knows me they know I love the Oprah Winfrey Network lol, but any who I learned that if you know better, you have the choice to do better. No matter what it is in life, if you understand and know what you did wrong you no longer have to do it anymore you have the choice to do better. You can learn these lessons either through positive or negative situations, but no matter how you learn you should take heed. This has helped me move on to a better understanding of life and helps me stay a little less stressed and helps me truly understand how blessed i am. Now that i know better i want to help others know better also because if we all can do better it would just make a better world..duh!!! :) ok im done preaching lol…just keep that in your little box of quotes…”if you know better you have the choice to do better” :)
